INFORMATION ON THE CONDUCT OF UAS PARTICIPANTS

In connection with the implementation of the Final Semester Examination (UAS) in the Master of Notary Study Program, all students are advised to comply with the examination rules as follows:
EXAM PARTICIPANTS’ CONDUCT
- The Exam Card must be brought and shown to the exam invigilator.
- Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes before the exam begins.
- Participants must wear a white shirt and black trousers/bottoms (men must wear a tie), and use closed shoes (sandals are not permitted).
- It is prohibited to bring and use electronic communication devices (cell phones, smartwatches, tablets, etc.) during the exam. All communication devices must be turned off and stored in a designated place.
- Participants are only allowed to bring the necessary stationery and exam equipment as directed by the lecturer/supervisor.
- Collaboration, cheating, or fraudulent actions of any kind during the exam are prohibited. Participants who violate will be subject to academic sanctions in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Participants are required to fill in an attendance register when taking the exam.
- It is not permitted to leave the room during the exam, except in urgent conditions and with permission from the supervisor.
- Exam questions and answer sheets must be submitted to the exam supervisor before leaving the room.
- Exam participants must maintain order, calm and cleanliness while in the exam environment.
Thus this information is conveyed.It is hoped that all UNDIP Master of Notary students can comply with these rules for the smooth and orderly implementation of the exam.
