Kertayasa, Tegal – The Master of Notary Study Program (MKn) at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP), carried out a Community Service (PkM) program. This event took place in Kertayasa Village, Kramat District, Tegal Regency. The program ran from September 28–30, 2026.
The team raised the theme “Clear Agreements, Safe Business: The Role of Notaries in Protecting Business Transactions of the Community and MSMEs”. This activity focused on educating business actors to improve legal awareness.
The Strategic Role of Notaries for MSMEs
MSMEs often face challenges in creating business contracts. They also lack understanding of legal protections for transactions.
The Master of Notary Study Program FH UNDIP invited prominent legal experts. These expert speakers included:
